HEATING IN THE OVEN


Our ARTISANAL BREADS are ready to eat.

If you'd like to get a fresh-from-the-oven experience, we recommend the following:

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

- Remove the bread from greaseproof paper.

- Heat in the oven for 5-10 minutes, depending on the crustiness you prefer.

- Cut into slices for serving.

- Enjoy it with our selection of Artisanal Jams, Preserves, Charcuterie or Pastrami.




STOVE TOP HEATING


Our ARTISANAL BREADS are ready to eat.

If you'd like to get a fresh-from-the-oven experience, we recommend the following:

- Cut into slices for serving.

- Drizzle with olive oil or butter.

- Cook in a hot pan until toasted.

- Enjoy it with our selection of Artisanal Jams, Preserves, Charcuterie or Pastrami.




USING A TOASTER OVEN


Our ARTISANAL BREADS are ready to eat.

If you'd like to get a fresh-from-the-oven experience, we recommend the following:

- Cut into slices for serving.

- Toast directly into a toaster or broiler until you reach your preferred crustiness.

- Enjoy it with our selection of Artisanal Jams, Preserves, Charcuterie or Pastrami.





SAUSAGES & LONGGANISA

STOVE TOP COOKING


Our SAUSAGES & LONGGANISA are made with artisanal techniques and do not contain any artificial preservatives, additives or coloring.

To enjoy the best flavor, we recommend the following cooking instructions:

- Thaw thoroughly.

- Place sausages & longganisa in simmering salt-water for 2 - 3minutes.

- Remove from water.

- Pan sear in oil until golden brown.

- Enjoy hot.





NEW YORK STYLE BRISKET PASTRAMI

HEATING IN THE OVEN


Our Beef Brisket Pastrami is made with organic, grass-fed beef brisket.

As it is New York Style, it is best eaten warm. We recommend to warm it up as follows:

- Preheat oven to 100 degrees.

- Remove the pastrami from the vacuum pack.

- Heat in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5minutes.

- Peel off paper and foil wrapping.

- Cut into slices for serving.




STOVE TOP HEATING


Our Beef Brisket Pastrami is made with organic, grass-fed beef brisket.

As it is New York Style, it is best eaten warm. We recommend to warm it up as follows:

- In simmering water, immerse vacuum packed pastrami.

- Simmer for 4-5 minutes.

- Open vacuum pack, remove pastrami and let rest for another 5 minutes.

- Peel off paper and foil wrapping.

- Cut into slices for serving.
