Stvdiolab, the research & development venue of ADVIChE, is also the kitchen of Deli by Chele, our online Deli for sustainable groceries in Manila. Deli by Chele's flavors are mostly the result of the Chef's travel and culinary journeys. It all starts with the principle of always doing the right thing for both our customers and our environment. From partnering with farmers and local producers, to digging out the hidden ingredients from our soil as well as our sea. Deli by Chele's journey started many years ago when we started creating at our test kitchen now known as StVdioLab, and now finds its way to your doorstep as we wanted to share our findings with our broader clientele. Combining artisanal products and traditional methods with modern techniques, every batch has its own character. After all, each natural produce has its own personality.
