Deli by Chele is the venture of Chef Chele Gonzalez along with Chef Carlos Villaflor, his right-hand partner at Gallery by Chele. To the party join Cyril and Pierre Addison, who all together form the Deli's leadership hands-on team.

Stvdiolab is the research & development venue as well as the kitchen of Deli by Chele, our online Deli for Pastramis, Sandwiches and diverse delicatessen in Manila. Nowadays, a team of over 40 Chefs and team members dedicate to bringing Deli by Chele's goodness to your doorstep, or to your table across its retail Delis at Podium, Rockwell and Magnolia malls.

Deli by Chele's flavors are mostly the result of the Chef's travel and culinary journeys. From partnering with farmers and local producers, to digging out the hidden ingredients from our soil as well as our sea. Deli by Chele's journey started many years ago when we started creating at our test kitchen now known as StVdioLab, and now finds its way to your doorstep as we wanted to share our findings with our broader clientele. Combining artisanal products and traditional methods with modern techniques, every batch has its own character. After all, each natural produce has its own personality. Moreover, and to keep your palate excited, you may also expect new products as seasons change. Thanks for joining us in our journey!
