Payments

- What is the minimum order?


You can enjoy the exquisite flavors of DELI BY CHELE delivered straight to your doorstep with no minimum order. A fixed delivery fee of only Php190 is charged. For orders above Php2,900, FREE delivery will be applied upon check out.




- Can I pay with Cash on Delivery?


  • DELI BY CHELE makes a conscious effort to be contactless, digital and paperless in most of its transactions. Payments are made via the webite only, through Xendit. Should this change, we shall announce through our social media pages and inform you thru email. Follow us on @delibychele on Instagram and facebook.com/delibychele on Facebook. Subscribe to our mailing list to get regular updates.




- How may I pay?


  • All payments are made via the website, through Xendit. You can use your Visa, Mastercard and any local and international Debit Card.

- What are DELI BY CHELE delivery fees?


  • You can enjoy the exquisite flavors of DELI BY CHELE delivered straight to your doorstep (within Metro Manila) for FREE, if your order is Php2,900 and above.
  • A fixed delivery fee of only Php190 is charged for orders below Php2,900

- Can DELI BY CHELE deliver to my address?


  • If you are within the Metro Manila area, DELI BY CHELE can deliver to you ) for FREE, if your order is Php2,900 and above.
  • A fixed delivery fee of only Php199 is charged for orders below Php2,900.
  • For orders beyond Metro Manila, you may contact us thru 09171602382, via sales@delibychele.com, or message us through our social media pages (Instagram: @delibychele, Facebook: facebook.com/delibychele).




- What is delivery schedule?


  • DELI BY CHELE follows a regular delivery schedule: Order before 2pm today. Tomorrow at your doorstep (daily delivery except for Sundays).




- How can I view the status of my order? (How can I track my order?)


  • Your orders are considered CONFIRMED once you have checked out and paid through our website. Your digital invoice will be sent through the email address you provided in the order form. This Invoice will contain your delivery schedule as well.
  • On the day of scheduled delivery of your orders, you will be sent a tracking number which will allow you to view the current location of our courier provider.




- Can I pick up my order?


  • DELI BY CHELE delivers on a regular schedule: Order before 2pm today. Tomorrow at your doorstep (daily delivery except for Sundays).Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12nn to 6pm.
  • At this time, DELI BY CHELE does not accept take away or order pick-ups.




- Can I have my orders delivered on a day/time outside of the delivery schedule?


  • DELI BY CHELE follows a regular delivery schedule: Order today before 2pm. Tomorrow at your doorstep (daily delivery except for Sundays).
  • Should you encounter unforeseen circumstances that will not allow you to receive your orders on the scheduled delivery, please contact us immediately via thru 09171602382 or email us at sales@delibychele.com at least 24hours before your scheduled delivery.




- Can I reschedule my order?


  • Your orders and delivery schedule are considered CONFIRMED once you have checked out and paid through our website. We cannot accept cancellation after check out and payment.
  • Should you need to reschedule, please contact us immediately via thru 09171602382 or email us at sales@delibychele.com at least 24hours before your scheduled delivery.
  • We cannot accept cancellation after check out and payment.

  • Please note that any changes to your orders depend on the current availability of stock item and/or product at the time of change, and should be within or more than the equivalent Peso value.

  • For a smoother transaction, please ensure you have your digital invoice ready as well as photos and/or videos of the products in question.
  • For perishable products, you have up to seven (7) days after delivery, or until the “Best By” date printed on the product — whichever is earlier — to contact us about the products. For frozen products, you have up to twenty-one (21) days after delivery to contact us about the products.
  • Deli by Chele may require the return of the product with which you are dissatisfied, with its label and packaging intact, before any action is taken for substitution, replacement and/or credit voucher.
